Betreiber:Southern,Thameslink
Zugehörige Informationen:A fault with the signaling system at Tulse Hill means that fewer trains are able to run on all lines. As a result, trains running through this station may be canceled, delayed by up to 30 minutes, revised, or diverted.
Major disruption is expected until 11:00.
Customer advice: If you are traveling through the Tulse Hill area, you will need to use an alternate route to reach your destination. This will add at least 30 minutes to your usual travel time.
While this is ongoing, we will be running the following service plan in the area:
Southern
Services running between London Bridge and East Croydon via Tulse Hill have been suspended.
Services between London Bridge and Beckenham Junction have been suspended.

This means the following stations will not be served by Southern services: South Bermondsey, North Dulwich (there will be no service from this station), East Dulwich (there will be no service from this station), Crystal Palace, Birkbeck, and Beckenham Junction.
Thameslink
St Albans City to Sutton services via Mitcham will be reduced on this route. The XX:52 departure from St Albans City will run as normal, and the XX:22 service will run between St Albans City and Elephant & Castle only.

Planning your trip: To help you plan your trip, you can find alternate route maps on the Southern or Thameslink website. Please check trip planners and station information boards before you travel and allow extra time to reach your destination. You can view Southern live departure boards and Thameslink live departure boards, and check a live map to see if your route has been affected.
Can you tell me more about the incident? This part of the network uses axle counters to detect trains by tracking their wheels. If one fails, the system may think a train is still there, preventing others from moving forward. Engineers must stop at red signals and receive verbal permission to proceed at a reduced speed, which can cause significant delays, especially in areas with long track sections. Faults can be caused by electronic issues or debris. Network Rail is investigating, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have them.
Check before you travel: You can check your route using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Trip Planner.
Compensation: You may be entitled to compensation if you experience a delay in completing your trip today. Please keep your train ticket and make a note of your trip, as both will be required to support any claim.
